1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return a product if:
It is damaged, defective, or not as described.
You received the wrong item.
The item is unopened, unused, and in its original packaging.
You request a return within 7 days of delivery.
Note: Some items such as personal care, beauty products, undergarments, or customized items are non-returnable due to hygiene and safety reasons. This will be clearly mentioned on the product page.
2. How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:
Go to your My Account > Orders section.
Click on the order you want to return.
Select the “Request Return” option and fill in the reason.
Our team will verify your request and guide you through the process.
Alternatively, you can email us at support@krestashopping.com with your order ID, product details, and reason for return.
3. Return Pickup or Drop-off
We offer free return pickup in select locations.
If pickup is not available in your area, you may need to send the item via courier to our return address, which will be provided upon request.
4. Refund Policy
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed as per the following:

Orders can be canceled only before they are shipped. Once shipped, you must follow the return process.
